What is your fee structure?
Our fee structure consists of two main elements: the charge per pound and the handling fee. It's crucial to note that these costs vary depending on the shipping destination. Below, we detail our rates for two specific destinations:
For Shipments to Peru:
- Charge per pound:
- Lima: $8 per pound.
- Rest of Peru (excluding Iquitos): $8 per pound.
- Iquitos: $9 per pound.
- Handling fee:
- Lima: $10.
- Rest of Peru (excluding Iquitos): $15.
- Iquitos: $20.
For Shipments to the Dominican Republic:
- Charge per pound: $10 per pound for all domestic destinations.
- Handling fee: $15.
These rates provide transparency and flexibility, adjusting to the delivery location. Note that they are subject to periodic changes; we recommend checking current prices when shipping.
Are there additional costs, such as insurance or special handling fees?
We currently have additional costs for:
- Shipment of Electronic Items.
- Money Transfers.

In what areas or countries do you offer courier services?
Our courier services cover Peru and the Dominican Republic. We have focused our efforts on these locations for over 10 years, accumulating experience in shipping packages for missionaries and families.
Do you have restrictions or geographical limitations?
There are no geographical restrictions in our operations. We reach all mission offices in Peru and the Dominican Republic without limitations.
What is the estimated delivery time for domestic and international shipments?
We guarantee at least one shipment per month throughout the year and two during October-December. Delivery usually takes 5-7 days once the package arrives in the destination country.
Do you offer express shipping services with faster deliveries?
We offer express shipping services with faster deliveries, at an additional cost. For more information contact us.
Do you provide a real-time tracking system for shipments?
While we don't offer real-time tracking, we guarantee attention during business hours to inform you about your package's status.
Are there specific packaging requirements for shipments?
We don't have strict packaging requirements, but we recommend using Ziploc XL bags, including contact sheets and package information, and numbering bags for better management.
What billing options and payment methods are available?
Regarding billing options and payment methods, we aim to provide you with flexibility and convenience. Currently, we offer several payment options to suit your preferences:
- Cash Payment: You can choose to make your payment in cash at the time the courier confirms the arrival of your shipment in the destination country.
- Check Payment: If you prefer to use checks, we accept this form of payment once your package reaches its destination.
- Electronic Payment (Venmo, Paypal, Zelle): We also offer electronic payment options for added convenience. You can use services such as Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle to make your payment.
It's important to note that payments must be confirmed within 24 hours after the courier has confirmed the arrival of your shipment. This policy helps us maintain an efficient payment process and ensure a satisfactory experience for our customers.

how to properly package to us
- Use clear sturdy bags. We recommend the use of XL Ziploc Bags. You can get them in Walmart or order them from Amazon.
- Try to fit your shipment in the least amount of bags. (Do not overfill them either)
- Include the information form (Full Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address), along with your missionary’s information (Full Name, Mission Home, Cell Phone, Email).
- Don’t forget to list all the items in your package. (It can be general, just be specific with important items). You can use the Information Form we have attached.
- Send your items to 6876 W 8150 S, West Jordan, UT, 84081. (Remember, if you bring your packages, you can leave them on the porch; we have surveillance cameras for your security.)

- Once the package arrives in Peru, we will notify you via text message, providing the shipping costs.
